Important information about using WheelShift.
Marketplace role
WheelShift provides a marketplace where buyers can discover listings and contact sellers. Vehicle sales and transactions are completed directly between the buyer and seller.
Listing information
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide. Buyers should independently confirm vehicle and seller details, request safety inspections, and review history packages.
Dealer listings and OMVIC compliance
Dealers listed on WheelShift must adhere to all applicable Ontario Motor Vehicle Dealers Act regulations, including all-in pricing and truthful advertising.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, misrepresent a vehicle or seller identity, or interfere with other users.
WheelShift operates in accordance with Ontario consumer protection regulations and OMVIC guidelines.
